Notification of Rental
The Corporation must be notified of all rentals and receive a completed Resident Information form.
Owners who rent their unit must notify Grey Standard Condominium Corporation No. 12 and provide accurate tenant information. Download the Resident Information and Pre-Authorized Payment form, complete it, and submit it to property management before occupancy.
