Answers to common questions about living at Craigleith Shores.

  • Craigleith Shores is a boutique beachfront condominium community located in the scenic town of The Blue Mountains, Ontario. Originally constructed as an all-seasons resort, the property transitioned into a residential condominium corporation in 1983. It features a close-knit neighborhood of full-time residents, seasonal owners, and weekenders who share a deep pride of ownership.

  • Our peaceful retreat is located at 209472 Highway 26, The Blue Mountains, Ontario, L9Y 0T1. We are situated directly on the beautiful shores of Georgian Bay, immediately backing onto the popular Georgian Trail forest paths, and just a short drive from the ski hills of Blue Mountain.

  • Our daily site operations, administrative duties, and property maintenance are professionally managed by Shore to Slope Management Services Inc. For inquiries, you can reach our management team by email at info@shoretoslope.com or by phone at 705-444-5139 during regular business hours.

  • For urgent property maintenance emergencies occurring outside of regular business hours, residents and owners can contact Shore to Slope Management Services Inc. at 705-444-5139 and press extension 6 to reach our emergency support line.

  • Residents and their guests can enjoy our private, in-ground swimming pool, outdoor lounge area, changing facilities, and a relaxing indoor sauna. The property also features common gardens, landscaped front and backyard spaces, and direct access to both the beach and local hiking and biking trails.

  • Owners may keep one pet per unit, registered with property management, subject to the corporation Rules. Tenants may not keep pets. Guests may not bring pets onto the property. Service animals required by law are handled separately. See the Pet Policy and Rules under Documents & Policies.

  • All resident vehicles must be registered with the management office. Guest parking is permitted in designated visitor spaces [12.09]. For overnight stays, residents must register their visitor's vehicle by emailing the make, color, license plate, driver contact information, and departure date to the property manager. Please note that parking or idling at building entrances is prohibited as these are designated fire routes.
