This year has moved quickly, but looking back we are proud of everything the community has accomplished. Our Annual General Meeting is coming up soon — here is what owners need to know.

When is our AGM?

The Annual General Meeting is about you, the owners of Craigleith Shores. This year the AGM takes place on Saturday, November 4, from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM. A meet-and-greet and walkaround begins at 11:00 AM so you can meet your Board and neighbours before the formal meeting.

What happens at an AGM?

If this is your first AGM, think of it as an annual gathering for every condo owner in the community — a chance to catch up, hear how condo fees were spent, and learn about plans for the future.

You will hear reports on the corporation’s health and progress, ask questions, share opinions, and vote on important matters. As an owner, your voice matters.

Meeting guidelines

Before speaking, state your name and unit number. Comments are recorded in the formal AGM minutes.
Opening remarks, the financial audit report, and other formal statements are not open dialogue.
There is a dedicated period for owner feedback. Again, state your name and unit number, be respectful of everyone’s time, and use that time to ask questions and share views — not to solve individual problems on the spot.

Board vacancy

There is one open position on the Board of Directors. Maintaining a full roster of five directors helps the corporation run smoothly. If you are passionate about serving Craigleith Shores, consider putting your name forward.
